Little & Large accept MasterCard and Visa. Online transactions are secured by Paypal (on behalf of Little & Large). Once the payment is made an order number is generated and a confirmation email will then be sent to the email address given.
Little & Large aim to keep all items in stock the whole time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be times when this is not possible. A message will appear to inform you and we ask for your patience in this situation.
Returns and exchanges
We hope that you will always be happy with any Little & Large product. But if you are in anyway dissatisfied then post your goods back to:

This must be within 14 days of receipt of the order. Goods must be returned in their original state, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. You will be credited for the goods via your original method of payment excluding delivery costs.
If you would like to exchange any goods please follow the instructions above indicating that you would like an exchange. To avoid disappointment we suggest you contact our customer service team to check that your chosen items are in stock (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note that Little & Large is not responsible for returns postage. We will not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by credit card companies whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
All items will be posted within 7 working days of authorisation of payment. Although we aim to expedite the orders as quickly as we can, we cannot guarantee a delivery date due to the unpredictability of the postal system. Therefore if you need the order by a specific date we recommend you contact us first on email@example.com and we can give you an indication of whether the date is realistic or not. Again, please note though that no guarantee is given for postal delivery date. We will refund orders which you deem to have arrived too late, but we will not refund the return postage cost.
Unfortunately Little & Large cannot be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
When you order we require some personal information from you. Without which we would not be able to process your request or notify you of the acceptance of your order. Little & Large understands the sensitive nature of these details and will keep them completely confidential. The only time this may differ is if there are problems with the delivery of an item. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass your telephone number to our couriers so that they can arrange for successful completion of an order. From time to time we may also use your email address to keep you informed of updates and special offers at Little & Large.
